  • All orders are covered by a 7 day money back guarantee.
  • If, within 7 days of receipt of your order, you are not satisfied with your goods, you are entitled to:
    o An identical replacement of product, if in stock; or
    o A refund of the cost of the goods (excluding all delivery costs), providing the goods have not been used, and are in a condition deemed suitable by us for resale.
  • Please note we cannot refund any postage cost you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty.

2. Return your purchased goods to us in its original packaging, using the return address below either in person or via post.

Warranty and Service

Statewide Service are authorised service agents for a number of the small appliance electrical brands we support and can handle both “within warranty” and “out of warranty” issues.

Within Warranty

If you have an issue with a product covered under warranty, please note the following:

  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Contact us via phone (03) 8371-9100 or email support@statewideservices.com.au to learn how to make your warranty claim. Please have your product model number ready to quote.

Out of Warranty

If you have an issue with a product that is not covered by warranty, we may be able to service and repair your product, or inform you of the replacement parts required.  We carry a comprehensive stock of spare parts and will be able to advise you if your appliance can be serviced.  Please contact us via phone (03) 8371-9100 or email support@statewideservices.com.au with product model details so we may discuss how best to help.
